Dr. Vishal Biswas is a highly accomplished Orthoptist and Vision Therapist, bringing a wealth of expertise in pediatric eye care, binocular vision, and vision therapy to Visifert Clinic. He completed his Bachelor’s in Optometry from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology and went on to earn his Master’s degree in Advanced Pediatric Optometry and Binocular Vision from Amity University, where he was honored as a Gold Medallist for academic excellence.
Dr. Vishal underwent intensive clinical training at the prestigious L V Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI), Hyderabad, gaining hands-on experience in complex pediatric and binocular vision cases. His dedication to clinical research and education is evident in his authorship of four books in vision science and over 20 peer-reviewed publications in international journals.
His contributions to the field have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the IVI Essilor Young Optometry Researcher Award (2018–19) from the Indian Vision Institute and the distinguished title of “Guru of Uttar Pradesh” by the UP State Ophthalmological Society for his contributions to academic excellence in eye care.
